Saturday was Makenna's 4th birthday party. This event has been highly anticipated ever since she turned 3 :) She has known for probably the last 9 months that this year's party theme was going to be Cinderella. She also has every birthday party theme until she is 16 planned out, but that's a different story for a different day :) Makenna had a blast at her birthday party and when I asked her what her favorite part was she said "playing with her friends" - referring to all of her cousins. She was in pure bliss running around with all of her cousins. Then as an afterthought she added "and eating cake!" Of course! She was also very particular about the menu and just had to have brats and hamburgers at her party! Daddy happily manned the grill!

Princess cupcakes! Those are princess rings in the middle of the flowers. Makenna insisted on a chocolate birthday cake and since Josh and I don't like chocolate, we had to get a few white cupcakes as well :)
