Makenna's 6th Birthday Party

Makenna had her 6th birthday party at the splashpad at Tucker Park. She has been asking to have her birthday party at the splash pad ever since she turned five :) We were fortunate with the weather... storms moved out that morning and we had a nice, warm, sunny afternoon for the park! The girls played in the splashpad, decorated candy rings, played on the play equipment, opened gifts and ate cake! Fun was had by all!

The theme for Makenna's party was Barbie and I'm pretty sure the only reason she picked it was because she wanted a Barbie doll cake :)

Maya baby at the party! She napped at home for the first part of the party and then my parents brought her over to the park for us. She was content to dig in the dirt with the pail and shovel! Oh and get completely drenched in the splashpad while fully clothed! :)
